• Acrylic cylinder 4-1/2"ID/5"OD
• Acrylic 4 hole orifice plate
• Rubber base gasket
• Mounting hardware
• 8 foam cubes

(Note when using high test pressure the technician may need to add duct tape to manifold flange to keep foam in place.)
