When the design labor is complete, Del-tron Products will provide buyer with an invoice which includes the design labor and the cost for production of the item(s). The entire amount (design labor and production costs) must be paid in full before production of the item begins. Custom cylinder head slider plates start at $295 for labor/prints, customers supply casting.

Custom machined or special ordered items are not eligible for return or refund.
Any engine sold incomplete including short blocks, engine blocks, cylinder heads, rotating assembly do not qualify for warranty coverage there for they are as is. Deltron Products requires 50% non-refundable deposit on any custom engine or related components. Complete dyno test street engines come with 1 year warranty or 6,000 miles which ever comes first. Race engines are sold as is. Deltron Products is not open to general public nor no off the street business, we only take phone and ecommerce internet orders only. Deltron Products makes no written, oral, expressed, or implied statement of warranty or guarantee on any product sold, other than for defects in materials or workmanship, will not assume liability for personal or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any product we sell, whether on the street or on the race track. Purchase and/or use of these products implies recognition and acceptance of this entire warranty and disclaimer by customer. Due to the nature of their use, racing parts are not covered by warranty once they have been installed.

All in-stock items may be returned for credit or refund within 30 days of purchase date and must be returned in new unused and unopened condition. Return items also will need a (RMA) number for the returns contact us by email or phone.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total sales price.

Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with returned items.

Del-tron Products in-stock items will ship within 1-5 days from purchase date, non-stocked or back ordered-items may take up to 2-4 weeks to ship. All shipping cost plus any free shipping at checkout are for the Continental United States only. Carrier services with trackable and delivery confirmation - FedEx,UPS, US Postal Service - include door-to-door tracking. International purchases (outside the continental US) will incur additional flat rate processing and a shipping fees of $99 (subject to change due to buyers location and number of items or item) for which they will receive an email invoice. Once all fees have been paid for, order will be processed. Any order that exceeds 2k U.S dollars requires a bank to bank wire transfer. Buyer responsible for wire transfer fees. All customers will receive email with in 2-3 days for purchased items that will include delivery tracking numbers for order. All orders will have to be sign for on delivery.
